A Bean-Free Zucchini Hummus For Vegans and Paleos

Ingredients

  • 3 zucchini, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup raw tahini

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or the work bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve with crudites or pita wedges.
