Have you ever joined a wine club? Joining a wine club allows you to try a variety of wines you may not have tried otherwise all of which are conveniently shipped to your doorstep.
I recently was given the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of the California Wine Club www.cawineclub.com . Supporting small business owners is important to me, so I instantly liked the fact California Wine Club owners Bruce and Pam are dedicated to finding the best “Mom & Pop” Wineries in California.
Bruce & Pam of California Wine Club
My first shipment of two bottles of wine came from Robledo Winery. The shipment included a bottle of Napa Valley Tempranillo and one of Lake County Sauvignon Blanc. Did I mention this came straight to my front door? I did? Well, I liked it. I really, really liked it!
In addition to the two bottles of wine, I received a magazine loaded with information on the wines – including serving suggestions. Given that I am not a wine expert, I loved the fact that the wine pairing had been done for me.
The magazine informed me the Seven Brothers 2009 Tempranillo would be good served with pizza. Sounded good to me! So the next time we ordered take-out pizza, we opened the Tempranillo. It was a delightful wine that paired perfectly with the pizza we had ordered.
I am so pleased with my experience with the California Wine Club, I hope you’ll check out www.cawineclub.com and consider it for gift giving – even if you give the gift to yourself!
