Don’t expect these No-Bake Chocolate Disappearing Cookies to be around long! They are a great sweet treat using only the whole food ingredients found on my Organic Costco Shopping List. I wanted something sweet, but I didn’t want to make the traditional no-bake cookies with it’s two cups of sugar and a stick of butter. You get plenty of sweet from the cup of chocolate chips.
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3 cups oats
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat.
- Add the peanut butter and chocolate chips and stir until chocolate chips are melted. Stir in oats. Mixture should be stiff.
- Drop by tablespoon until a wax paper lined baking sheet. Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator.
