This Creamy Peanut Butter Dip has been a great after school snack this week. It has a great creamy consistency that makes it easy to dip the apples without breaking them. That’s a little pet peeve of mine when dipping apples in straight peanut butter.
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 lime
- Apples, sliced
Instructions
- Mix together the peanut butter and yogurt.
- Squeeze the 1/2 lime juice over and mix in.
- Serve with apple slices.
